Counter Better

Is it better to shoot seismic or OTC?
I have a charizard lvl 45 in fire red and knows flamethrower, slash, wing attack and seismic release. I know if I learn counter and get rid of one of the other movements.
Both measures are good in their own areas, so you should make the choice yourself that will best suite in the battle. Seismic shaking formerly deals damage equal to the level of his Charizard's. So most of the damage Seismic Toss will is 100 (LV 100 is the maximum). It's a decent move as it is not weak to any type or strength (except for Ghost-types) and alway will the requisite number of damage equal to its level. Accountant, on the other hand, the counters of all physical movements than twice the damage caused to the user. Only although physical movements, so any special moves like the hydraulic pump, Thunderbolt or the like, against an error in the movements. Counter attack always makes you past in order to determine how much damage has most to counteract. If your Charizard used against the opponent will be the first attack. If the attack with Slash, and knocked Charizard half of its damage against then knocking down the opponent, since the double damage is half full … if you follow me ^ _ ^ Once again, both movements are great and you can just choose for himself a fantasy that always more.
