How can I connect a camera to my computer monitor?

I have a 22 "LCD computer monitor with a VGA cable. I also have a camera with a video output only composite (the yellow cable into one. question of A / V) My is, is it possible to connect the camera to a computer monitor so it continually shows the image of the camera is seeing on my monitor? Could I need a converter and plug it into my computer to view the image or could get a VGA adapter AV? Thanks in advance.

going to have to use your computer. the only way you can use a camera to take A / V to have a monitor that also has AV connectors. or you can connect to a TV
