So when it comes to losing body fat unwanted, is diet or exercise more important? If you ask me there 20 years, I would have told you that exercise was the key to a sexy body. Although exercise is important, I think the real key of body fat and looking great burn is the result of their own power supply. If people ate properly, there is much more toned people in all gyms worldwide.

Everyone knows that exercise with a good diet is a great approach to lose weight. The challenge with this exercise is that, often, sometimes life gets busy. It is not always exercise time, but you still have time for good nutrition. My suggestion is to keep your diet clean at all times, and exercise when time permits.
"You Can not Out-year Big Mac"
A Big Mac has 540 calories. You realize how much exercise it takes to burn those calories? So about an hour on the elliptical at a moderate pace should do the trick! So after an hour of boring cardio, you're back to square one. You probably will not lose weight at all especially if you added chips and soda. A large fries would be an additional 570 calories and a major power pop would be 310 extra calories. So how exercise would you need to do to burn 1400 + calories? Let's not go there yet!
It is much easier to create a large deficit calorie diet with a Clean
A simple approach to losing weight is to create a daily caloric deficit. Basically, the idea is that your body use more calories each day than you consume calorie foods. Then there are two ways to create this deficit, either eat less calories or burn more through exercise. Each pound of fat on your body is 3500 calories. So to lose 2 pounds a week, you must create a weekly caloric deficit of 7000 or a daily calorie deficit of 1000. In my opinion it is much easier to create that calorie deficit by not eating these calories first. You do not have to spend two hours at a moderate pace on a day of stationary bike to do this ALL!
Fat loss is slightly more complicated
The body is actually much more complex than simply responding specifically to a deficit caloric. There are several ways in which the variables that come into play when it comes to fat loss, the type of foods you eat, the timing your meal, the metabolic effect of exercise, the muscle sparing effect of resistance training, etc. There are many things who take the stage fat loss that I did not address here.
Diet plays an important role in fat loss is believed
If you eat a lot of calories, much of your time in the gym is a waste. What's crazy is that over 80% of all Articles Fitness Magazines Focus on exercise, while food is the key to getting a great looking body. I am a firm believer in exercises regular, I just think that power is what holds most people back from hitting their targets.
The food is what Cardio makes you more efficient
If you eat junk food or just an excessive amount of calories each day, you sabotage your efforts in the gym. A cardio drive can be difficult. It should drive you nuts to know that a poor diet will negate the positive effects could have been done cardio. If you do that same workout on a low calorie diet, you might actually achieve your goals and do not fight so hard with weight loss.
Bonus: Here's a way to increase your Self-Discipline
Wanting to make sure you eat well that exercise? Plan to exercise later in the day and you eat right to "prepare your body" to make the most of your cardio. When you eat fewer calories that lead to your workout, your body burn fat for energy. If you eat strictly all the training day which will do wonders for you. So what happens if you do not "feel like" exercising once the evening rolls? Well, you just spent all day preparing your body to make the most of the year. It would be foolish to miss this great window of opportunity when it comes to burn unwanted body fat.
