Tai Chi Chi Kung / Qi Gong, by definition, refers to a Tai Chi work-energy. In this post I will try to shed some light to what is meant by the Chi Kung / To shed Qi Gong energy work aspect of practice?

Tai Chi Chi Kung / Qi Gong is often separated as a series of moves of the Tai Chi is taught. There are about 36 different primary expressions of energy in Tai Chi. Use your opinion on the internal market and to direct chi in an expression. This expression is known as Jing. Jing is an expression of Chi or energy, so it is working energy. A few jing expressions are known and some are quite dark.
