Whats up guys. So you train MMA or other martial art and you are looking for a bag of training so you can practice your form at home. Its good that you are passionate about the martial arts.

So today I'll review the Century Wavemaster XXL Training Bag is a large heavy bag 6 'with a water-based. I will not call it a heavy bag, training bag, but because it feels nothing like a heavy bag and should not be confused as such.

The heavy bags to the gym are awesome. They are strong, you feel like you could not destroy If you tried. Yet, they are also somewhat malleable, it did not feel like hitting a bag of bricks when you pound on them.

Well the Wavemaster XXL Training Bag is in fact the same. He did not bag it "bean" feel, but it feels very good when you hit it. Solid, not moving much, a good bag training of your moves and combos as well.

Watch Where you see a bag of water like that, your first thought is "Alright now allows kick it over! "Good luck.

I trained in Muay Thai and Krav Maga for two years and I have not been able to kick this thing once. Of course, it flickers, and yes, it moves too. But it does not fail.

Thats the only thing I dislike in this bag. Its real. Newton Right: When you hit something, it goes somewhere. With fists that do not move that much but when I kick it I must reposition to hit again, because it moves a little.

This could be considered a good thing if you want because in a real fight you have to be aware of where your opponent at any time. They will not simply stand by and let you hit them.

Summarized, the Wavemaster XXL Training Bag is a pretty solid bag. I would recommend it if you have nowhere to hang a heavy bag up.
