Cardio Workout

Way to 3 mph on the tape 60min a day is this enough of a cardio workout?
Top flat belt to warm up and spend most of the hour walk on it at 3 mph with an incline. In addition, I also do muscle-toning exercises about 45 minutes a day. I wonder if my routine tape is a good cardiovascular workout enough.
Depending on your fitness level and age of walk for an hour at 3 mph on the tape with inclination and 45 minutes a day sounds good muscle tone. I would see if you can pickup the pace a bit and see how it feels. Maybe go 3.3 mph for the first 30 minutes Good luck and keep it.
