Calorie Skipping

Is it wrong if I skip breakfast, but still training and maintain a good intake of calories?
Some days I skip breakfast because either well not have the time or sleep in too late for breakfast, but still take in about 1400-1500 calories per day and exercise at night but I was wondering if this would affect my weight if they skip breakfast because I'm trying to lose weight.
Skipping breakfast is the worst way to lose weight. In fact, if you want to lose weight, it is best to skip dinner. When you eat breakfast, your body has all day to burn calories. When you eat dinner, much of the calories you get obsorbed in your body while you sleep. The exercise at night is not as effective as the preparation of the morning. Again, when working in the morning your body gets a push in the day and you burn more calories throughout the day. One of the best ways to lose weight is to eat many small meals throughout the day and not skip no! This will speed up your matabolism and you will lose weight. Good Luck, Alan
