How many calories to burn fat in a threadmill?

I'm 25, good health, but I have asthma. It is very bad. I weigh 202 pounds. Lean not fat. I have a little fat, but I'm mostly thin. I want to get to 145. How many calories burned? Why is it good for your heart beats fast or reach a certain level? I really need a bit of schooling in this sense. Thank you. Oh, after eating, how long should I wait to exercise and hoe long should I walk in the threadmill?

after eating, wait about 30 minutes to an hour or more if you feel you have to. walk on the treadmill of 30 minutes each day, plenty of water (water or make you feel less hungry), and stretch before running or walking (jogging or walking for about 20 to 30 minutes). split the day with six meals small to eat lots of fruits and vegetables (carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini.) try to make light soups with lots of vegetables and flavored water. I hope this help (ps let me know how this worked out, email me at redtulips@hotmail.com thnxx
