HP Laserjet 1010 problem?

I have an HP lasrejet 1010 I bought 4 years ago. It's been fine until today when I gettkng a black belt from one side of it pages when printing. I have opened and there appears an accumulation of toner. Even after vacuuming it out, press the still black belt. I just need a new toner cartridge or the thing is now beyond repair?

Replace the cartridge. If that does not accept that the fuser is bad. The fuser can be replaced for about $ 70 and the part number RM1-0660's.
