A good shoulder support / support for sports?

I had arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder about 6 weeks to clear my bursa. Im having trouble to find a good support that forms its installation on my shoulder and hold for activities like weightlifting. Any suggestions would be great. Also I should mention that I had a subluxation of the biceps tendon two years before that I would also mention that I will not do any of these activities until three-month layoff. Give me some credit people, Im just preparation. My surgeon and physical therapist said to look around, and that many of the brakes can be more a hindrance than a help. Im just looking for opinions, thanks, and no rude answers please:)
