Body Exerciser

You must build your lower body strong with exercises. Exercise does not only help you burn fat but increases your muscle mass thin and make you stronger and increase your endurance. Strengthen your lower body with exercises the following:
Stretch Tape
Stand and put your right knee behind his left leg. Ensure that your right knee crossed the midline of your body and now look on the left side until you can do comfortably. Feel a stretch in the right hip. Hold your position for 30 seconds and then move to the left leg.
