The fact that you are interested to strength exercises guitar tells me that you've decided that you take your guitar playing seriously. This is a great thing. In developing your finger strength is one of the most important parts to play the guitar great. I'm going on my practice routine I do every day that includes exercises to get those fingers stronger.

The first year I do before choosing, even the guitar is a little stretching. Like any work on you in life, stretching is key to increasing your motion, reduce pain, increase flexibility and get the blood flows. Without stretching, you yourself are severely limiting, and you also put you at risk of injury! Do not neglect stretching. It is very important. Spend about 5 minutes, stretching your fingers and wrists.

The next exercise is to the guitar. Pick it up and start do exercises based around scales. I usually make a balance on all cargo board for about 5 minutes more to get my fingers warmed up and ready rolling. If you want to make this challenge, try playing a scale non-stop for several minutes so that your hands and fingers begin to burn. This will help create the force.

Another exercise you can do is lifting exercises that does not play notes. You place your four fingers on guitar at the 1-2-3-4 fret position. While holding the 4 fingers down individually lift 1 finger again and again for 60 seconds or until it starts to burn. Continue it burns. See how long you can go for before you have to stop. Do not Hurt Yourself, though. Do this for all 4 fingers on the 6 strings.
