I kicked up a notch with some workouts serious burn fat in my hotel room using nothing more than simple body weight exercises that can be done anywhere.
Body weight workouts are very effective not only for training for fat burning, but for packaging of all, cardio and weight training body weight, too.
Here is an excellent example of one of my workouts burn fat using body weight exercises, which took about 15 minutes, including warm and cool.
- 20 Bodyweight Squats
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Jump Squat
- 10 LEg Raises (2 one-second pause at the top)
- 15 Close "Grip Push-Ups
- 20 Slots (10 each leg)
- 5 Dive Bomber Push Ups
Repeat again without stopping. Try to complete this workout body weight as quickly as possible. Believe me, you feel. Not enough severe for you?
The variety of workout weight is virtually unlimited and you can make more difficult is it need be.
There are a ton of bodyweight exercises you can incorporate into your six pack workouts so you have plenty of variety and being able to adjust the intensity of training too.
If I was the workout over at home rather than in a hotel room I would add some work back in the form of traction. Ironman is my chin up bar that fits easily inside a standard door frame. I love it!
With rapid, high intensity workouts bodyweight, there is never any excuse for missing a workout production, wherever you may be.
