its really no difference I've bought in, the only difference being the weight resistance. There are 5 pounds to 50 pounds of resistance bands, and it would be the diffrence feom my experience only. I bought the last golden era bands in gyms exercise that gives you 3 options of changing work with 10 pounds – 50 pounds of resistance, while others only come with one.so the best depends on you and since they are cheap, you can try different brands.
