How to create the best resistance band Workouts For Men

A recent study revealed that no less than 86% Americans are overweight or obese. And the trend is growing. Let's face it, everyone knows they need exercise and eat healthily, but what is really the biggest obstacle?

In my opinion, is all the work that goes into an exercise program. I will not exercise itself, but real training in the gym, waiting in line for a particular piece of equipment, etc.

One solution is the band workouts resistance. Why you ask? Well bands resistance exercise are very portable. Generally, a good set of resistance bands weighs less than 3 pounds. It can easily slip into your briefcase, pocket or large cabin baggage.

They store easily and you can keep in your desk drawer at work. If you have a door to your office, you can close it and participate in a drive warning 15 to 20 minutes.

The secret of resistance training to get a quality band is setting up a specific time to train. Many workouts include resistance group circuit training program. Following a training program circuit, you can get your strength training and your cardio. All at once.

Here is an example of resistance Band Calendar Workouts:

Monday: Chest and triceps

Tuesday: back and biceps

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Shoulders and Abs

Friday: Legs, calves and hamstrings and

Generally, you want 3 to 4 exercises per body part. Thus, for example for your workout safe, you can perform these exercises 4:

Chest Press – Attach the door anchor to your door with your back to the door, press your hands away your chest.

Incline Chest Press – This exercise made to the press that even the chest and accept, you want to press your hands away from your chest at an angle of 90 °.
