Stability ball at work?

Would it be a total idiot if I changed my office chair for a stability ball? I have heard this really helps your heart and wondered if that would help, or if it was not worth it for the job.

The stability ball is impressive, not only for the kernel, but also for the back, and a general sense of stability. If your boss would allow it, I absolutely would use it in the work! I think it would be an excellent way to combat the effects of sitting at a desk all day! Good luck!
