Can you help me decide on my training schedule?

I was in the gym for 2mos. doing a full body wash and now I am ready to return go to the gym. I worked on Fri / Sat to Sun beaten and I train today Wed and Fri. and maybe Sat that is hip-hop aerobics class for one hours. I usually workout for one hour 20 minutes. bicycle, treadmill or stepper than a few machines for arms or legs. I sit-ups every day no matter what, because that baby flab is a witch to get rid of …. lol I'm not gonna work out, but every day sure to stay tuned and get many days should I train?

Perhaps you can try Monday and Wednesday: Arms / ABS Dan Tuesday and Thursday: Legs / Abs Friday Then you can either do Cardio / ABS or just out. Then just work on cardio Saturday. Then Sunday OFF! Lol thats essentially what my schedule is … But it would be too much …
