Does anyone know how sunpipe can be converted into a solar traking sunpipe?

I thought it an adjustable sunpipe and a digital dual-axis solar tracker should , Would that continually re-position the crown of the Sun-pipe, so it faces to the sun Anyway ideas? Please help me. cheers (PhD discussion)

Sure in climates where it rains, moving the crown of the Sun-like tube sound problems, as it is bound to be less weather proof.
