Best abdominal exercises?

What is the best exercise for the abdominal region? (The hope of gaining some ABS) I go swimming / to gym 3 times a week and lift weights and Powerball at home, also use an Ab toning belt – but I'm struggling to find a abdominal exercise decent. Situps / crunches will not seem to work – I feel like my abs are working on. I think I'm doing them wrong.

Yes, you are doing them wrong. situps actually do nothing for your abs. do sit-ups, to get the results should make 300 a day (I had a coach real AB when I came across the track.) my favorites are bicycle crunches, also with the ball. a good way to know if you're doing right is the abdominals be shivering during crunches. Also, maybe you are doing them too fast, slow down for the first couple of reps to get the pace. The exercise ball is really Surprisingly, well, sit on it then roll so your lower back is only touching the ball, and even just stated that it will work the abdominal muscles like crazy!
