Do you want perfectly chiseled six pack abs? Have the motivation and passion to get a six pack? Well, have I got news for you! First, anybody can get a great set of abs with a little guidance. Second, the only thing you need is to be pointed in the right direction. Now a good diet and a 6 pack exercise regimen should help you reach your goals.

6 Pack Workouts

Everybody has 6 pack abs! The fact is that most of us have them hidden behind a wall of fat, and crunches do not help in the disposing of fat in our body. So, don’t waste your time doing 200 crunches a day because these are literally useless. The main goal is to get rid of that wall of fat and sculpt our abs with the right training techniques. Remember, you need to change you lifestyle before you can start on the right 5 pack exercise program.

Vertical Leg Crunch With your back on the floor, raise your legs up so that the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling and your hands just behind your ears. Now lift your shoulders and upper body off the ground. Return to your starting position and repeat. Remember to always tighten your abs, as this will ensure maximum effectiveness.

Abs Bridge this position is similar to a push up. However you will hold yourself with your arm (from your elbows down to your wrists/palms). Hold yourself in that position, for anything between 30 to 60 seconds. While doing this be sure to tighten your abs.

Abs Leg Lifts For this workout, lie down on your back and stretch out our legs and place your hands behind your head or ears. Lift your left leg up around 5 centimeters off the ground and follow that with your right leg. Now they are together, lift the left leg another 20 centimeters from that position and follow that with your right leg. Then return to the original position and repeat. To give greater effect, lift your shoulders off the ground while you do this workout.
